Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
To start a refund request, please email support@apexflowlabs.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected by our team.
Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be refunded for health and safety reasons:

We’ll replace or refund the item at no additional cost. Please include photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
