Orders & Payments

Q1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other available payment methods.

Q2. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Orders are processed quickly, usually within 1–3 business days. If you need to make a change, please contact support@apexflowlabs.com as soon as possible we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.

Q3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed securely.

Shipping & Delivery

Q4. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Q5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. For international delivery options, please check back soon as we’re expanding our reach.

Q6. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also log in to your ApexFlow Labs account to view live updates.

Returns & Refunds

Q7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at support@apexflowlabs.com with your order number.

Q8. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Q9. Are any items non-returnable?
For safety reasons, opened supplements, oils, or consumables cannot be returned. Final-sale items are also excluded.

Yes! All ApexFlow Labs products are manufactured in certified facilities and tested for quality and purity. However, always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement.
