A compression vest cut for training rather than for hiding under a work shirt.
What compression does when you train
It holds everything still. That is the honest version — less movement through the torso when you run, lift or cycle, which for a lot of men is the difference between training comfortably and not. It also wicks sweat rather than holding it.
Build
- Four-way stretch that moves through a full range rather than fighting it
- Flat seams — chafing on a long session is what ruins a training top
- Quick drying
Sizing
Between sizes, take the larger. Compression should be firm, not restrictive — if it limits your breathing under load, it is too small.
