Shipping
United States only. Free on orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate at checkout. Orders process within 1 to 2 business days and arrive 3 to 11 business days later depending on the item, with tracking the moment the carrier scans the parcel. Every product page states its own window.
Returns and exchanges
30 days from delivery. One free exchange on an unused item. Defective items are replaced or refunded with return shipping on us. Devices that have touched skin cannot be resold, so please test fit and settings carefully and keep the packaging until you are sure.
Safety
Every device page lists who should not use it. Light devices are not for anyone photosensitive or on photosensitising medication, and eyes stay closed or shielded under any bright LED. Microcurrent and EMS are not for anyone with a pacemaker or implanted electronics, epilepsy, or during pregnancy. Heat styling goes on dry hair at the lowest setting that holds. If in doubt, ask a doctor first; we would rather lose the sale.
