FAQ: shipping, returns and sizing
Shipping
United States only. Free on orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate at checkout. Orders process within 1 to 2 business days and arrive 3 to 11 business days later depending on the item, with tracking the moment the carrier scans the parcel.
Returns and exchanges
30 days from delivery. One free exchange on an unused item, so you can swap a size. Defective items are replaced or refunded with return shipping on us. Please keep the tags and packaging until you are sure of the size. The full terms are in the refund policy.
Sizing
Size on measurements, not on your usual size. Compression socks: ankle and calf, measured in the morning. Shapewear: waist and hips. Men's compression: chest and waist. Between sizes, go up.
Safety
If you have diabetes, poor circulation, numbness in your feet, a skin wound, swelling in one leg only, or you are recovering from surgery or birth, ask your clinician before wearing compression. Nothing should cause pain, numbness or trouble breathing; if it does, take it off. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a condition, talk to your clinician before you buy.
