Track your order

Your tracking number arrives by email the moment the carrier scans the parcel, usually within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. Paste it into the carrier's site or into the order status link in that email.

If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, or nothing arrived by the end of the delivery window, email info@apexflowlabs.com with your order number. We replace or refund. You do not chase the carrier; that is our job.
