About this product
Three pairs, because one is never enough. Compression socks are worn all day, every day — one pair means washing them every night and wearing them damp.
20-30 mmHg
Firm graduated compression, tightest at the ankle and easing toward the knee. The level for standing shifts, long flights, visible varicose veins, running recovery, and pregnancy.
How to wear them
On first thing in the morning before your legs swell. Off at night unless you have been told otherwise. They should feel firm and supportive — never numbing.
Before you buy
If you are diabetic, have peripheral arterial disease, or any loss of sensation in your feet, speak to your doctor first. If mild end-of-day heaviness is all you get, 15-20 mmHg may suit you better.
